However, the standard ketogenic and high protein ketogenic diet is the most common method of keto diet. And the other types of keto diet is generally for the use of athletes and bodybuilders.
The first few days of this diet can be a little challenging, it will get easier after a few days. So, what foods should be added to this diet?
