The name of Covid-19 is not unknown to anybody in the entire world. This incurable viral disease has already turned into a global pandemic that has already taken a huge number of innocent lives. As a matter of fact, Covid-19 can easily be considered as one of the deadliest diseases of all time, which takes a certain amount of time even to generate symptoms.

It is said that older adults, old aged people and people with lung diseases are having a greater chance to catch this disease and this is the reason why they must take precautionary measures even more than adults and kids. It has also been seen that people with uncontrolled diabetes are also having a higher risk of catching this fatal disease.

Covid 19 not only spreads through physical contact. Respiratory droplets that are released from the mouth and nose of an infected person carries the seed of this virus and it may exist on any surface. For example, if you accidentally touch any object or surface where these droplets are remaining, then you will get in touch with this virus. Undoubtedly, there lies the necessity of using gloves.

People with heart diseases are also at a huge risk of catching this disease. Besides, any person with a weakened immune system can catch this disease easily. It has always been a known fact that the immune system of people starts to get decreased with age. This is why old aged people are advised to take more precautions. They need to use sanitizers and hand washers more often and use masks and gloves as much as possible to stay away from the chances of Covid 19.

Staying away from Covid 19 may be challenging, but not impossible. Each of us need to follow all the guidelines suggested by medical experts or our local healthcare service providers. We must always keep in mind that even a single careless step may turn fatal for all of us. Keep your hands well-washed as much as possible and never forget to use masks while roaming outside as these are the only way to keep yourself away from the chances of this disease.
