What is LDH Test?

LDH is known as a specific kind of enzyme that plays a vital role in the energy production of a human body. LD blood level is known as one of the most effective non-specific markers in case of tissue damage. What is the use of this test?

Result interpretation

Elevated LD levels indicate the presence of certain kinds of tissue damage. High level of blood indicates the probability of a failure of cancer treatment. However, low and normal levels of LD in the blood does not indicate the chances of any potential complexion.
